Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of AiRA, a service operated by VRVV Ventures Private Limited. By using AiRA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Registration and access

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

The service

AiRA is an AI personal assistant currently in beta. Features may change or be discontinued at any time. The service is available via WhatsApp, Telegram, and web interfaces.

Acceptable use

You agree to use AiRA lawfully. Prohibited actions include: reverse engineering the service, automatically extracting data (scraping), representing AI Output as human-generated, using Output to develop competing models, or infringing on the rights of others.

Content and ownership

As between you and AiRA, you retain ownership of Input and own the Output (to the extent permitted by law). We hereby assign our right, title, and interest in Output to you. You grant us a worldwide license to host, store, process, and transmit your Content solely to provide and improve the service.

AI-generated content

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic. Output may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice or for emergency situations. AI can make mistakes; you are responsible for verifying suggestions before acting on them.

Paid accounts

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. We provide at least 30 days’ notice for price changes.

Disclaimers and liability

AiRA is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or ₹1,000.

Dispute resolution

Informal Resolution: You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally via email before filing a claim.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Class Action Waiver: You and AiRA agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class proceeding.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
