Terms of Use

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.
• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information to register. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you use the Services on behalf of another entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

• What You Can Do: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. You must comply with all applicable laws and policies.
• What You Cannot Do: You may not use our Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. Prohibited actions include:
  • Infringing or violating anyone’s rights.
  • Reverse engineering or discovering source code (except where prohibited by law).
  • Automatically extracting data or Output.
  • Representing AI Output as human-generated.
  • Interfering with or disrupting our Services.
  • Using Output to develop competing models.

• Billing: We process payments via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You are responsible for taxes.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Changes: We will give at least 30 days’ notice for price increases.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use causes harm. We may also terminate inactive free accounts after one year with notice.

Read Carefully

Our Services are provided “as is.” Except to the extent prohibited by law, We and our affiliates and licensors make no warranties (express, implied, statutory or otherwise) with respect to the Services, and disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, accurate or error free, or that any Content will be secure or not lost or altered.

You accept and agree that any use of Outputs from our Service is at your sole risk and you will not rely on Output as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.

Neither we nor any of our affiliates or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the liability arose.

The limitations in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• Informal Dispute Resolution: We would like to understand and try to address your concerns prior to formal legal action. Before either of us files a claim, we both agree to try to resolve the Dispute informally via email.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
• Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and AiRA agree that Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only, and may not be brought as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to affiliates or successors.
• Changes: We may update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material adverse changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
